Email delivery: Resend — used to send transactional emails and form confirmations.

Database / CRM: Supabase — used to securely store lead and client data submitted through our website.

Automation infrastructure: Third-party platforms including n8n, OpenAI API, Twilio (SMS), and Cal.com may process data as part of delivering Realtor Copilot services. Each provider operates under their own data processing agreements.

All third-party providers are selected for their security standards and compliance practices. We do not authorise them to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.

For active clients, data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period of up to 3 years following contract conclusion for legal and accounting compliance.

For general inquiries where no engagement is entered into, we retain contact data for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
